This 50m² studio has been completely redesigned and transformed into a true two-room apartment, carefully designed to optimize space and create an elegant Monegasque pied-à-terre. The entrance is clearly defined, with an arched door concealing an elegant guest toilet, subtly separating the hall from the living areas.

The living room, open to the dining area, features a Verzelloni sofa and an entirely custom-designed kitchen, combining comfort and functionality. The spacious bedroom features a Treca king-size bed and bespoke storage, combining practicality and elegance.
Classic wall moldings bring timeless elegance, sublimated by Turnstyle hardware and Lithoss switches, which refine every detail. Luxury is expressed through noble materials like Guatemala green marble, natural travertine and dark oak, while Camengo curtains and Serge Lesainge rugs add a final touch of softness and refinement.
